Our company is able to successfully provide a wide range of services in concrete and masonry works for commercial jobs. We have the tools and means necessary for any size job which allows us to do projects of any scale. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and meeting schedules in time.
The owners along with two other team members studied architecture thus they have an extensive architectural background.

We specialize in cast-in-place concrete works, foundations, slabs on grade and elevated slabs.
Our team can provide a full masonry service for CMU, brick and cast stone.
Additional to concrete work, our team is well versed in site work such as sidewalks, dumpsters and driveways.

Operations Manager
Duties:
- Establish CMS’s strategic vision and goals in line with the local market. Define, implement, and adjust quarterly and annual operational plans.
- Oversee the submission, tracking, and documentation of bids.
- Implement professional development practices and assign workloads based on capacities and project schedules.
- Monitor each project's monthly profitability: variances vs. budget.
- Implement and analyze key performance indicators, including: % Budget compliance per project, % Monthly physical vs. financial progress, Consolidated gross margin, Schedule adherence rate, Bids won vs. submitted.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
AVAILABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS, AND EXTENDED NIGHT HOURS.
HOURS: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm / 40 Hours per Week
