ESTIMATOR

DUTIES

  • Prepare estimates of cost, time, materials, and labor from the analysis of blueprints and documents.
  • Evaluate the costs related to the project to develop strategies that reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Support the selection of suppliers or subcontractors by preparing estimates that serve as a guide in contracting.
  • Track actual costs against bids as the project develops in order to assess the profitability of projects or services the company provides.
  • In case there are changes and adjustments to the cost estimates, consult with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors about them. Estimate current or future product costs by collecting historical cost data

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Background

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

MICROSOFT OFFICE, AUTOCAD, ADOBE PDF, PLANSWIFT (PREFERRED), AND AVAILABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS, AND EXTENDED NIGHT HOURS.

HOURS: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm / 40 Hours per Week
