PROJECT MANAGER
DUTIES
- Ensure that project deadlines are met, requesting and reviewing updates as they occur.
- Observe that the quality standards of the project are met in order to send the deliverables to the clients.
- Prepare and submit progress reports or cost tracking reports and develop budget estimates.
- Inform managers and board members in general, about the status of the project, compliance with budgets, use of resources, and about technical problems as well as customer satisfaction.
- Plan and schedule project activities to meet the deadlines established for each area involved.
- Assign duties or responsibilities to project staff.
- Manage the necessary meetings within the development of the project.
- Satisfy the needs of the project by selecting the suppliers or consultants that the project requires.
